Process

From document to
delivery.

Every project follows the same structured process. This is how we maintain quality across 40+ language pairs and multiple specialist disciplines simultaneously.

01
Day 1
Document receipt and assessment

You send the document and specify the target language, intended use, and any deadline requirements. We assess the document type, specialist requirements, and volume to confirm the right translator assignment and timeline.

02
Day 1
Quote and confirmation

We send a fixed quote within one business day. The quote includes the price, delivery date, and translator background. We do not begin work until you confirm.

03
Days 2-3
Translator assignment

The document is assigned to the appropriate specialist. For legal and sworn work, this is always Federica Rossi or a specific CTU-registered translator. For technical work, the translator is matched by industry background.

04
Main phase
Translation and terminology review

Translation is completed with reference to any existing glossary for your organisation. New terminology decisions are documented. For technical documents, a second specialist reviews terminology consistency throughout.

05
Final phase
QA and proofreading

All translations receive a proofreading pass by a second linguist native in the target language. For certified translations, the certification statement is prepared and checked for legal completeness.

06
Delivery
Delivery and documentation

Delivered digitally in the source format. Certified translations include a signed certification statement. Sworn translations are also provided in physical signed form. A glossary update is included for returning clients.
