How and when your translation is delivered.
All translation work is delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. Sworn translations are additionally provided in physical signed form by registered post or courier, as required by Italian legal procedure.

Timelines begin after receipt of complete source materials. Timelines are in business days (Monday to Friday, Italian public holidays excluded).
The delivery clock begins when we confirm receipt of your complete source materials by email. If source materials are not received within 3 business days of payment, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus any admin fee.
Delivery is confirmed by email with the translated files attached. For sworn and certified translations, we also provide tracking for any physical documents sent by post.
If we anticipate a delay beyond the confirmed deadline, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and provide a revised delivery date.
